Round 2 Solar for Apartments
Round 2 of the Solar for Apartments is now open! Funding of up to $2,800 per apartment (up to $140,000 per property) is available for eligible owners corporations to install solar PV.
The requirements have been updated from round 1. Building eligibility now includes strata townhouses and units under the control of an Owners Corporation and sharing a common property rooftop.
Applications close on Friday 6 December 2024, or until all rebates are exhausted, whichever comes first.
