We carefully vet all our collaborators. We seek collaboration with organisations that share our values or aspire towards them. We’re not about locking people out. We’re about inviting people in, being transparent and working together to improve outcomes for everyone involved in living in, owning, managing and serving unit and apartment communities. As we lock in further support for for 2025, we will publish details about partners and sponsors on this page.
About us
High Life was born from a need for sustainability and climate resilience services tailored to the multi-unit residential sector. With our partners and sponsors, we seek to support people who own, live in or manage units and apartment buildings.
It’s becoming increasingly clear that services beyond sustainability and resilience are urgently required.
We need to be talking about topics like strata governance and the owners corporation act, insurance, emergency management, financial solutions, communications, and community connection. As well as being valuable in their own right, these wrap around services are critical enablers to living well, and improving sustainability and resilience outcomes in multi-res buildings and communities.
Too often, these communities are left out when it comes to conversations, programs, and policy about residential living in Australia. More than just and Expo, High Life seeks to help fill this gap by:
Bring stakeholders together to advocate more effecitvely
Helping government and stakeholders better understand the needs and challenges of unit and apartment communities
Centralising practical, useful information for owners and occupiers
Hosting the annual Expo
High Life is managed by Let Me Be Frank, and supported by government and industry partners.
Let Me Be Frank is a sustainability and change agency, we co-create strategy, culture, and action with businesses, communities, and governments who want a just future now, for people and for the planet.
Thanks to lived experience, and years of collaboration with the strata sector and communities, our staff have a deep passion for sustainability, community, and better living in apartments, units, and townhouses. We see the need to advocate for and with the sector, to create and share resources, and we see the opportunity to retrofit these buildings to become part of our city’s sustainable, liveable future.
We seek to live and work by our values: Just, Curious, Connecting, Kind, Radically Transparent, and Fun. To find out more about us, please read our annual accountability reports.
